Domestic Orders
- Exchange Period: Any item purchased online may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the buyer has a copy of their receipt. Customers who use the online exchange method and have a legitimate reason for the exchange are exempt from paying courier fees for exchange pickup.
- Proof of Purchase: This can be a receipt or the email that confirms an online order.
- Requirements for Exchange: Items are only eligible for exchange if they are unworn, have all of their tags attached, are in their original packaging, and have the original invoice. Provide a good justification for the exchange request, such as that the item is flawed, the wrong size, or otherwise inaccurate. It should be in Emeralds’ original home packaging in the event of a home piece exchange. Masculine and semi-formal items shipped in garment bags must be returned with their original packaging, much like items delivered in boxes, like those from the Unstitched Women’s collection.
- Online exchange procedure: Once it has been verified, the exchange procedure typically takes 7 to 10 days to complete.

Please take note that exchanges for sale orders will only be granted for good cause, and they will also take longer than usual.
